Prior to downloading the app, you must visit a local Jump partner to acquire your modem and register for the service. Information on locating your nearest partner can be found at www.skinny.co.nz/jump/. The broadband number can be located on the back or underneath the Skinny Jump modem.

Existing customers will need to sign up in order to set up the app. Your username and password can mirror your current credentials, although it is important to note that these are not interconnected.
